Processing & Shipping Times

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Limited-production and one-of-a-kind items may require additional processing time due to their exclusivity.
  • Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
  • We ship domestically and internationally using Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, DHL.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 12 hours to reflect in the system.

Customs & International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
  • If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first.
  • For damaged items, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
