Processing & Shipping Times
- All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Limited-production and one-of-a-kind items may require additional processing time due to their exclusivity.
- Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
- We ship domestically and internationally using Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, DHL.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking updates may take up to 12 hours to reflect in the system.
Customs & International Shipping
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
- If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first.
- For damaged items, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
